A Wonderful Evening

Thank you to all who came

We at Restore & Rebuild want to thank all of you who came to our Concert at the Ranch. What a festive, fun-filled night for people of all ages!

During the night, everyone got to hear what we do at Restore & Rebuild, and the impact we’re having on the greater Encinitas community. I was deeply moved by what Kevin and Jane Woo and G’Joe Joseph shared. Kevin and Jane described the impact Restore & Rebuild is having in their lives and in the lives of people they know. G’Joe Joseph told about a call he recently received from a professor at San Diego State. He said the professor thanked him for the counseling students have been receiving, because he’s seeing the difference it makes in their lives.

Rocking Horse Acres (home of Steve & Susie Loomis)
3130 El Camino Del Norte, Encinitas, CA 92024

As of August 11th, we are no longer selling tickets for this event online. You are welcome to come to the event and purchase tickets at the door. Please continue reading for important event information.

Rocking Horse Acres is located at 3130 El Camino Del Norte, Encinitas, CA.  But please don’t use the driveway.  From El Camino Del Norte, turn on Val Sereno (it only goes one direction), and then turn right on Circa de Tierra.  Look for the big blue barn on the right, and signs for the event.  Please park anywhere on Circa de Tierra and walk to the event through the barn area.  This will avoid traffic jams in the driveway.

Bring your own blankets or lawn chairs for the concert; it will be outdoors on the lawn.  Also, the pool will be open for swimming, and there will be lifeguards on duty.  If you plan on swimming, please bring your own towels.

Tickets are still available!  $100 gives you a chance to win a week’s stay at this lovely ranch yourself!  Rocking Horse Acres, including the beautiful 4-bedroom, 5-bath home, can be yours for one week. Tickets can be purchased at the event. The drawing will be held at the end of the evening.  What would you use it for?
  • fun family reunion
  • fabulous graduation party
  • one-of-a-kind birthday gift
  • unforgettable place for out-of-town guests to stay when visiting the area
  • relaxing vacation with friends

The proceeds for the evening will go to Restore and Rebuild Ministries to fund scholarships for ministry leaders and others who can’t afford counseling.

Restore and Rebuild Ministries

focuses on three areas:

  1. Affordable Christian counseling

Raising Kids of Character

God has given us the responsibility to train our kids. We want to help them develop good character qualities in their lives, yet we often feel unprepared to do so. At this parenting seminar, we will discuss foundational truths and practical principles that will guide you as you train your child.

Drop your kids off at Redeemer Presbyterian Church for their fun-filled Kids Night Out, then come to the parenting seminar from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. After the seminar, there’s still time for a date night before picking up your children at 9:00 pm.  For more details, and to register, click on the event link below.
